Sonmez ASF Yarn, Weaving and Dye Industry Inc. was found in 1975 for producing fabrics via weaving, dyeing ,printing, and warp-knitting and is a part of Sonmez Holding family. Sonmez ASF became a preferred brand by applying perfection in production both in local and international markets with its main aim of perfection.

Today, fabric production in woman’s wear is being done by compatible and accredited facilities in comparison with other brands using highest technological advancements along experienced staff in Sonmez ASF.

GENERAL MANAGER

Annual 12 million meters of woven production includes; rayon, viscose, lycra, tencel (cellulose fiber), wool, cotton, linen, nylon, poliester and derivations of latter mentioned production lines. Between weight of 40 – 600 grm2 fabrics are produced in rapier weaving and air jet loom machines.

In Rasel Technical Engineering Services facilities annualy 7.5 million meter of fabrics, consisting of jacquard, lace, sportswear, casualwear and some home textile products are produced between 50-1800 denier via warp-knitting machines.

Annual 18 million meters of woven production in facilities with ground dyed, reactive and disperse Applications, Pigment and Burn-Out methods are utilized with traditional screen and digital printing machines.

Obtaining continuity of color standardization in dyeing and printing facilities, computer based and automated dye-laboratories are supported through whole processes.

Sonmez ASF exhibits and presents it’s product range and unique collection regularly in Premier Vision Paris, Premier Vision İstanbul, Premiere Vision New York, Munich Fabric Start and The London Textile Fair organisations.
