Sönmez Real Estate Investments and Management Inc. is the commercial real estate development and investment company of Sönmez Holding. The main activity of the Company, which was established in 1977, is to create a real estate portfolio, develop the real estate in its portfolio and invest in real estate-based capital market instruments. The Company also actively continues to rent and manage the real estates within Sönmez Holding. Its current portfolio includes currently active shopping malls, commercial enterprises and lands suitable for development in the future.

Sönmez Real Estate Investments and Management Inc. started its largest investment in its portfolio in 1977 on Yeni Yalova Road in line with the needs and demands of the city. The investment, which expanded and grew in line with the increasing needs in 1992, turned into Sönmez Plaza facilities, which include TEKZEN DIY store, MİGROS food market, VATAN technology market, textile stores, recreation and entertainment venues, restaurants and cafes. In 2001, Bursa’s second shopping center AS Merkez Shopping Mall was added to the complex, and in 2009, BAIA BURSA hotel joined the complex, and it continues to provide service in an area of ​​55,000 m2.

The Shopping Mall within the complex, known and recognized as AS Merkez by the people of Bursa, was transformed into an outlet in November 2009 in line with the needs of the city and became As Outlet. The Shopping Mall building, which underwent architectural renovation in early 2015, continues to provide service as As Outlet, while continuing its renewal process with other brands such as BOYNER, EBEBEK, FLO, KOTON, LC WAİKİKİ, NETWORK and is the representative of GLORİA JEAN’S cafe.
